What is Two Tables? Two Tables is a "pop up" fine dining restaurant, located in a private wine cellar beneath historic Downtown Lawrence. Two Tables combines the culinary talents of chefs/restauranteurs Subarna Bhattachan, Alejandro Lule and Armando Paniagua with the wine expertise of career wine merchants, Steve Wilson and Jamie Routledge, of City Wine Market. Nightly tasting menus are collaboratively designed to ensure the wine highlights the food and the food highlights the wine.

Guests of Two Tables will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu, presented with or without wine pairings. Regional farms and food artisans provide many of the ingredients on the table, fresh fish is flown in whole and processed in-house and menus change nightly to take best advantage of what's fresh and in season. To complete the dining experience, the dining room's Craftsman-style design and furnishings reinforce Two Tables' focus on quality, craftsmanship and timeless style.

In addition to a wine pairing option, guests may also select from a 'reserve' bottle list that changes nightly based on the evening's menu. A curated selection of large-format craft beers, fine spirits and dessert wines is also available.
